  1. Items that have not been downloaded

If you have made a purchase but have not downloaded the item within one month from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. We will verify your claim regarding the item not being downloaded. While we believe one month is a reasonable timeframe, it’s worth noting that depending on your location, there may be a longer period available for claiming a refund if the purchase was made for personal use and the item has not been downloaded.

  1. Server related issue

Please note that refund requests will not be accepted if your server encounters an issue or fails to meet the script’s server requirements.

  1. License key have not been created

If you have not used a license key (purchase code) within one month from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. We will verify your claim regarding the creation of a license key (purchase code). While we believe one month is a reasonable timeframe, it’s important to note that depending on your location, there may be a longer period available for claiming a refund if the purchase was made for personal use and the license key (purchase code) has not been created.

  1. Refund amount

In the event that you are eligible for a refund, please be aware that a 5% deduction will be applied to cover the payment gateway fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to you within 5 to 7 business days.

Andaman Tech retains the right to revise our Refund Policy periodically, without providing prior notice to customers. Therefore, we advise you to stay informed about any updates or modifications.
